Exchange Only Policy for Defective Doll Heads

At The Bridal Stylist Co., we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products, and we understand the importance of addressing any concerns you may have with your purchase. Please review our "Exchange Only" policy for defective doll heads.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for defective Bridal Stylist Doll Heads.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the defective item.

2. Defective Items:

  • A defective item is defined as a Bridal Stylist Doll Head that arrives damaged or malfunctions due to manufacturing issues.
  • Please contact our customer service team at rachel@thebridalstylist.com to report the defect and obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.

3. No Returns:

  • Our policy is "exchange only" for defective items. We do not accept returns for refunds.
  • Exchanges will be processed for the same model only. If the exact model is unavailable, a comparable model will be provided.

4. Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • The Bridal Stylist Co. does not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

5. Initiate the Exchange Process:

  • Clearly mark the Exchange Authorization (EA) number on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the defective item to the address provided by our customer service team.

6. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once the defective item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm the reported defect.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after the receipt and inspection of the defective item.
